Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room had a window overlooking a lovely patio and the bed was really comfortable, but the lack of a proper window was a downside. The service was excellent, including room service and housekeeping, but laundry services were not up to par. The location was superb, just a stone's throw from Santa Marta Bay and a short walk to the city center, making it an ideal base for exploring Tayrona national park. However, the dining options, especially the lack of traditional Irish pancakes, left something to be desired.
